How to Apply for Staff
The staff team consists of volunteers who were intrigued by the idea of keeping the server fun and fair for the community to enjoy. Staff members provide support to players, management and ownership. They enforce the rules we have on our server, provide support, and more.
To become a part of the team, you must comply with the staff requirements and go through the application process which consists of an application and an interview after the application being accepted.
| Warning
If your application has been denied, you must wait two weeks from the denial message before creating another application.
| Staff Requirements
If you choose to apply, please make sure to answer every application and interview question truthfully and professionally.
To be accepted as a staff member you have to meet the following requirements:
- You must be 14 years of age MINIMUM.
- You must have a clear punishment record on FireSteal.
- You must have a microphone and a clipping/recording software.
- You must be able to speak fluent English.
| Activity
Being active in every area of the community is a must if you wish to staff here. Doing this will not only help us, but it allows people and peers to get to know you better. For management this is to help determine whether or not you are fit for a staffing position. Besides that, you must have some knowledge about the server to answer questions and help others.
We also encourage you to interact with other members of the community and help them when needed (e.g. in #questions on Discord).
| Behaviour and Reputation
As a staff member you are a representative of the network, hence why we expect top-tier behaviour coming from you. You must always behave well and keep a respected reputation within the community. The same applies to applicants. Failure to follow these things will affect your standing and may get you denied.
This applies to all chats and rules. To give you an idea, swearing is not punishable in private chats nor chats within the community, under certain circumstances, but we still expect staff and applicants to try and avoid doing so in every situation possible. As a well-respected staff member you should always be respectful and polite to everyone no matter the circumstances.
Applications who have an unclean punishment record or bad reputation have a lower chance of being expected. There still is a chance, but it's lessened due to these aspects. Having a clean record will assist you in the process of being hired.
| FAQ & Information
What can you expect from us:
We will review your application within two weeks. Each application is reviewed individually by a Staff Recruiter which is trained on what to look at when reading an application. After your application itself gets accepted, we will forward you to an interviewing process which we will elaborate on further when you meet this point in the application process.
A few do's and dont's to help you apply:
Do's:
- Put time and effort into reading and answering every individual question, this will help you create a good understanding of what is being asked of you and what you should answer.
- Use proper English Spelling and Grammar when applying, this stands out and sharpens your chance of being accepted. It shows a level of intelligence and maturity from a person.
- Using a good word ratio. Too many words can be bad, but also good. Try to keep it short and strong to avoid confusion.
- Answer every last question to the best of your ability.

Copying anything from other(s).
Sharing/discussing your application with others. Doing so will result in instant denial.
Lying in your application is highly prohibited. This will end with your application being denied.
We hope to welcome you to the team soon. Good luck!
