Welcome to FireSteal (firesteal.fun), a Minecraft network and community. By accessing our website, joining our Minecraft server, or interacting with any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must have permission from a parent or legal guardian if you are under the age of 13. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

• You must register an account using a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules.

3. Server Rules

By playing on FireSteal, you agree to follow our Rules & Guidelines.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

4. Purchases & Donations

We offer digital items such as ranks and cosmetics through our Tebex store. All payments are handled securely by Tebex. Please refer to Tebex Terms for their policies.

• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued unless required by law.
• Chargebacks will result in permanent bans.
• Purchased ranks/items are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.

5. User Content

By submitting content (e.g., forum posts, applications, in-game chat), you grant us the right to use, store, and display that content as part of our services.

6. Server and Website Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Minecraft servers or website. Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may occur.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to change or remove features, ranks, or services at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

FireSteal is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or data corruption resulting from use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or our community rules.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 24, 2025

All purchases made on the FireSteal Minecraft network and website (firesteal.fun) are considered final. However, we do allow limited refund requests under specific conditions, outlined below:

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase.
• The request must include a valid reason, such as accidental purchase, duplicate charge, or technical issue.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and will be processed only upon review and approval by FireSteal management.

2. After 24 Hours

If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, refund requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of FireSteal management. We reserve the right to approve or deny these requests based on the context of the transaction and usage of the purchased items.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made after extensive in-game use of the purchased item.
• Chargebacks made through payment providers will result in an immediate ban from the server.
• No refunds will be provided for purchases made with the intent to bypass rules or abuse features.
